Disclosure standards

Ai Holdings will disclose information related to important facts in a timely manner as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and in the Tokyo Stock Exchange “Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuers of Listed Securities.”

Disclosure methods

Information to which the Timely Disclosure Rules apply shall be disclosed by the Company via the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s TDnet information disclosure system, while securities reports and other materials shall be disclosed through the EDINET electronic disclosure system based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. The Company shall post the same information on its website, and shall make active efforts to provide easy-to-understand corporate information in a timely, fair, and accurate manner.
