Introduction

Ai Holdings Corporation and its Group companies (hereinafter “the Company”) will promote the protection of personal information by establishing a privacy policy based on the following principles, building a system for protecting personal information, and ensuring that all employees recognize the importance and take measures to protect personal information.

Management of Personal Information

To prevent any unauthorized access, damage, alterations to, or losses or leakage, etc. of personal information, the Company will take the necessary organizational, physical, and technical security control measures. The Company shall obtain personal information by legal and fair means, and shall not obtain personal information through improper methods. In addition, the Company will clearly state the purpose for which personal information is to be used, and will not handle personal information beyond the scope of what is necessary for the stated purpose of use. 4. To take actions in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or notifications and guidance from the administrative authorities. In cases where customers are provided with information through the Company’s sales outlets, the personal information will be shared with such outlets.
5. When a customer contacts the Company through the Contact Desk , the following personal information will be provided to the Company’s sales outlets and affiliated companies by telephone, documents, electronic media, etc., as necessary in order to provide an appropriate response. However, the Company will stop providing such information to its sales outlets and affiliated companies upon request of the customer.
   *Personal information to be provided: Name, address, age, telephone number, and information regarding the content of the customer’s inquiry.
6. Other purposes of use publicly announced or notified at the time of obtaining personal information.

Non-disclosure or Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will properly manage the personal information received and will not disclose personal information to any third party, except with the consent of the individual or when disclosure is required by law.

Customers may request disclosure of their personal information or records of provision to third parties held by the Company in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. If you wish to request disclosure of your personal information or records of provision to third parties, please contact the Company’s Contact Desk below. The Company will guide you through the procedures necessary for disclosure. Other inquiries and consultations regarding personal information, such as requests for correction, suspension of use, or deletion of customers’ personal information, or questions regarding security control measures for personal information, are also accepted at the Contact Desk below. In either case, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law.
